Do you cover my town?
If a tracked courier collects from it, yes. Sussex is the home patch, but the postal process makes the whole UK practical — and return postage is free wherever you are.
Is posting a failed drive actually safe?
Packed properly — original enclosure, generous padding, tracked and insured — yes. Our shipping form walks you through it, and thousands of family-lab cases travel this way every year.
Can you collect?
For standard cases, tracked post is faster and safer than any van we could send, and our office takes drop-offs on weekdays if you'd rather hand it over. For awkward jobs — servers, large NAS units, sensitive forensic matters — call and we'll agree the right route.
I'm outside Sussex — should I use a different lab?
Use whichever is honest and good. If that's us, distance won't slow anything: the diagnosis clock starts the morning your parcel lands.
