Our drive was damaged, not just worn out — still worth sending?

Can you read a RAID set out of a small server?
Yes. The first thing you need to do is get a quote, either via the web form or by calling us. Then send the disks bare (no housing), each labelled with its bay number, and leave the chassis where it is. Multi-disk work starts at £500 + VAT, and this is given to you in writing before anything begins.
What should we do before posting it?
Do not continue to use the hard drive. Do not utilise any other applications on the drive. Leave all repair utilities alone. Disconnect power from the drive. Record what it did and when. Obtain a quote via telephone or complete the quotation form. Include the shipping form within the package.
