Do you cover the port estate too?
Yes, we also cover every other address in BN9. The post defines our coverage area, not distance travelled. A single unit located at East Quay would reach us just as easily as a domestic property in the centre of Newhaven.
Can you read CCTV off a terminal recorder?
Normally. First obtain a quote by either telephoning or completing the form, then simply send us the disk(s) from your video recorder by post, not the recorder itself, along with the dates and cameras you wish your insurance company to see. Nothing is written to the original material; all data is extracted directly from images taken of the disk.
