Peacehaven has no railway station: the A259 South Coast Road is its main thoroughfare, west through Telscombe Cliffs and Saltdean, east to the Ouse crossing at Newhaven where the swing bridge makes the daily tailbacks. The town — 15,707 at the 2021 census — sits in Lewes District and works mostly from spare rooms and small units, on single drives. The A259 runs west into Brighton, but a drive gets there faster by tracked post than by traffic.

Yes. BN10 is one post town covering both, and our coverage is a postal question rather than a driving one, so every address in it reaches the bench the same way: one tracked parcel.
Can you get photographs off a corrupt card?
Usually. Formatting clears the index far more often than it clears the pictures, and a card that stopped mid-write is normally still readable. Eject it, and put nothing new on it.
Our shop PC won't start and the accounts are on it — what now?
Send the drive, not the machine, and say what it ran and when it last worked. If the disk has to be opened under clean air, half the fee falls due up front.
Is there anyone local we can hand it to?
No. There is no office of ours in the town and nobody is sent out. The parcel goes tracked and insured, or you drop the drive at the Guildford intake lab in person.
