From Arundel the road route A27 heads east through Worthing and Shoreham. Most likely your hard disk will be sent by post, whichever way you would drive. Either way, your quotation remains the same.

It should. We send you a single written quotation before starting on your job. After completing your job we give you a VAT invoice detailing what was done. And prior to receiving payment for your job, we provide you with a list of the files that were recovered so that you can approve them. We do not open up any disks or bill for anything without having a valid written agreement with you on the price.
An archive volume will not mount. Is that as bad as it sounds?
Seldom. A volume which does not load is typically down to the partition table or filesystem being corrupted and lying over good data. Do NOT attempt to fix this, since fixing it involves writing to the drive. Obtain a quote initially via phone or through our online quote form, and submit your item either in person to our Guildford intake laboratory, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm (no appointment needed), or send it to us by post for imaging.
Can you read a card from a day's event photography?
Mostly. The controller fails much more frequently than the memory within cards themselves. The frames of these cards should also remain readable when used on Rusolut and other types of flash-based tools. Take the card out of the camera body and record nothing further on it.
