Yes. All disks are imaged; the rebuild process occurs using these image files. Get a quote first, by phone or with the form; prior to sending your disk(s) to us, each disk should have its bay number marked on it, and you can retain possession of the box.
What does an East Grinstead job cost?
We provide free diagnostics and then give you a quotation in writing which cannot be changed after that date. The cost of one drive is £300 + VAT. A memory card or USB stick costs from £250 + VAT. In order for our technician to open a hard drive, we require payment of half of the quoted price prior to opening the drive.
