Is BN43 really its own post town?
Yes, it is, and it posts under the town's own name, unlike its eastern neighbours: BN41 and BN42 next door both use "Brighton". This makes many addresses within the area appear quite confusing when completed on forms.
Our test data sits on a workstation array. Can you take that?
Yes, however please ensure that the hard drives arrive bare, and clearly labelled with each individual bay number. Please also obtain a quotation prior to sending the hard drives, either over the telephone or by completing a quotation form. We require details of the controller type(s) used and how the disks were ordered. Larger sets are imaged disk by disk before being rebuilt.
Is there somewhere in town I can bring it instead?
No. We have neither an office nor a reception desk here. Obtain a price quotation prior to sending your device. Once obtained, the device can be sent via tracked and insured postal service or dropped off at our intake laboratory, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. There is no need for an appointment. What does it cost, and how is it settled?
The cost of a diagnostic test is zero. The price thereafter is fixed and written. A card or a stick can start from as little as £250, one drive will be £300, a recorder will be £400, and for multi-disk work you need to pay a minimum of £500. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
