Heathfield data recovery. The town that lit its station with its own gas.
Heathfield Station was lit using gas from a borehole drilled for water by the railway at the entrance to Heathfield Tunnel in 1895. Gas was discovered at 312 feet. The gas was exhausted by 1934 and Heathfield has been without passenger trains since 1965. It has moved by road ever since. A failed drive is also sent by road. Please get a quote before sending your drive. This may be done over the telephone or via the quotation form. After this your drive will normally go by road to the post office and then to the bench, or you can leave your drive at our Guildford intake lab, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (no appointment needed). Either way your drive will receive the same treatment as a drive submitted in Brighton.

There is no data recovery shop in Heathfield — what do we do?
We do not offer a counter service in Heathfield. How long does a Heathfield job take?
Normally parcels posted today will be sitting on our bench tomorrow morning to have them assessed free of charge and to obtain quotes. After being assessed, quotes are provided to you in writing before any restoration work has begun. Deleted files and/or partitions can often be restored within a couple of days after you have approved the work. Any mechanical issues may require additional time and we clearly indicate what type of issue we are dealing with first.
Will you look at a farm or contractor's machine?
Yes. Accounts, land documents, job sheets and survey cards are just some examples of the information we receive from around the parish. First get a quote, either by contacting us by telephone or through the form, then remove the hard disk from your computer and send that, along with a record of any sounds or errors the unit gave prior to removing it.
And if nothing is recoverable?
In most cases you only pay for services rendered if we successfully recover your lost or damaged data. You are advised as to whether your data can be recovered or not the very same day that the evaluation process is complete, and the amount shown on the original written quote is the only price discussed throughout the entire evaluation process.
